Journey through an immersive set menu inspired by KARLA’S kitchen duo, Head Chef Ben + his wife Kya, as the evening presents dishes that showcase seasonal vegetables through the lens of modern, Asian culinary techniques.

Cooked over our signature wood fired grill, the menu celebrates the natural essence, flavours and unknown complexities of vegan dishes. From charcoal roasted miso pumpkin, to yu xiang eggplant, each dish demonstrates creativity + unique flavour profiles that push the boundaries of vegan cuisine while honouring the simplicity of the ingredients.
