Led by Thai-born head chef, Ben Pienprasop, the KARLA kitchen team will be turning up the heat by crafting a premium shared menu inspired by the vibrant flavours of Thailand. Expect a feast that balances spice, zest and aromatic Thai classics – all infused with KARLA’s signature flame-kissed style. This is modern Asian, cooked over fire.
